Your mental health matters.
Telehealth therapy sessions for teens, young adults, adults, and teachers in Texas.
Why is it so hard to find the right therapist?
You search for therapists in your area and you find a few, but…
The first is too vague.
The second feels bland - a copy and paste of a generic textbook therapist.
The third feels fake and insincere with talk of “shared journeys.”
The fourth overloads you with terminology and jargon.
You shouldn’t have to know everything from an Intro to Psych class to understand your therapist. You deserve someone who lets you be who you are. You deserve someone genuine and unfiltered.
Hi! I’m Rachel. (she/her/hers). I may be the therapist you’re looking for. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Austin, TX. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, adults (I’m looking at you millennial eldest daughters), teachers, and LGBTQIA+. I'm passionate about what I do and I use a variety of proven techniques and theories to help you reach your goals. In our sessions, I’ll provide you with the space to be vulnerable and heard. I’ll help you name, feel, and process your emotions and experiences. Therapy is work, but it’s rewarding and fulfilling, and I can’t wait to share that with you.
